Two people.
One conversation.
teo.
For the conversations you've been meaning to have.
Example conversation
Tayla
You don't even look up when I'm talking to you.
Ray
Because you open at ten out of ten.
teo
You're both describing the same moment from opposite ends. Ray, what do you think Tayla is hoping you'll understand?
Example conversation
Emma
I stopped asking because it never changes.
James
I didn't realise you'd already given up asking.
teo
Those are two very different experiences of the same conversation. Emma, what would feeling heard actually look like?
Example conversation
Paul
Dad always asks you first.
Glenn
I honestly never noticed.
teo
Paul has been counting something Glenn never saw. Paul, what did you take it to mean?
teo is an AI designed around two people, not one. It fills the gaps when communication breaks down, helping people reconnect through conversation and rebuild confidence in their ability to work things out together.
Before you say Hello teo
teo is for adults aged 18 years and over.
teo is not a health service. It does not provide therapy, counselling, mediation, medical, psychological or legal advice.
teo is not for use in a crisis or emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000 immediately.
Some conversations need more than AI. They need a real person.
If a conversation falls outside teo's intended purpose, the session will end and teo will encourage you to continue with an appropriate real person or support service.

What teo keeps
Account
To create an account, teo collects your mobile number, first name and date of birth.
Conversations
Conversations are never stored. teo keeps no transcript, no chat history and no recordings.
Session summary
At the end of a session, teo generates a summary of the discussion and any agreed outcomes. Each participant downloads their own copy. teo does not retain the summary once the session ends.
Retention
teo retains account information only.
Questions
How is this different from texting each other?
Both of you are in it at the same time, and something neutral is in the middle. teo notices when the same argument loops, when one person has stopped being heard, and when it has stopped being a conversation.
Do I need the other person to agree first?
Yes. Nothing starts until they accept. You send an invitation, they say yes or not tonight.
What if it turns into a fight?
teo will say so and ask you both to slow down. If it keeps going, teo ends the session.
Is anyone reading our conversation?
No. Nobody at teo reads, listens to or reviews sessions. There is no transcript to read.
Is this counselling?
No. teo is not therapy, counselling or mediation, and it doesn't give advice. Some conversations need a real person, and teo will tell you when that's the case.
What do we get at the end?
A written summary of what you discussed and anything you agreed. You each download your own copy. teo doesn't keep one.
How long does it take?
About twenty minutes.
What if we don't finish?
Either of you can end it whenever you want. Nothing is kept unless you both agreed to it.
